Rania Kothari is a Grade 11 student at The Shri Ram School, Moulsari, where she is currently pursuing studies in Economics, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, English Literature, and Hindi. Rania has long demonstrated a strong combination of academics and an empathetic understanding of human development and well-being. Owing to this overlapping interest, she was an active participant in Ashoka YSP's Psychology, Behaviour and Well-Being course, expanding her knowledge and expertise in psychology to develop applications for the community.Â
She is an avid Pianist, practising from a young age, and has received training from multiple instructors for over a decade. Her experiences have rendered her a firsthand perspective of how music develops cognitive abilities, helps emotional regulation, and builds self-expression. Over the years, she has developed a profound grasp of performance-based learning stemming from her own experience as a musician. This dual synthesis of academic knowledge and her passion has inspired her to found Project TAAL (Training in Arts for Accessible Learning).
